In response to requests and in light of the July 1, 2008 requirement for ALL CIVIL CIRCUIT matters to begin mandatory electronic case filing, we are happy to welcome Carolyn Weber back as a CFPA Seminar presenter. Mrs. Weber is the Program Director for Orange County's ECF program. She also was instrumental in getting the Federal Court's ECF program up and running. If you are familiar with Federal Court filing, Orange County's process is similar but a little different. Mrs. Weber is the person who can answer all your questions about how these systems are different and what you can expect from ECF in Orange County.
